Field Service

R&M Field service is available to provide our customers with on-site assistance to resolve problems, repair equipment and perform preventative maintenance. Our employees specialize in equipment manufactured by Gilman Engineering, Gisholt Machine, ThyssenKrupp DrauzNothelfer, and ThyssenKrupp Krause. We welcome new customers looking to fill the void left by the closing of the Gilman facility in Janesville, WI.

Our People
R&M field service employees each have over 20 years of experience working with balancers, blade loaders, automated assembly lines and robotic welding systems. They have traveled extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. 

Location
Our location in Milton, Wisconsin allows us to respond quickly to the majority of customers in the Midwest saving both time and travel costs. Most requests for service can be filled in 24 hours.
