Engineered Assembly

R&M Mfg, Inc.’s Engineered Assembly division compliments the Precision Machining division.  Engineered Assembly is managed by Bruce Johnson, the former Manager of Assembly at ThyssenKrupp DrauzNothelfer in Janesville, Wisconsin. 
 
We currently employ many of the talented people displaced by the closing of the TKDN facility (previously known as Gilman Engineering and Manufacturing) in Janesville, Wisconsin.  These employees have performed service and installation work for GM, Ford, Chrysler, BMW, Tower, Delphi, Budd, Martinrea, Fabco, SHAC, Koppy, Caterpillar, Vesteon, Kwikset, Boeing, OEA and many other companies.  This work has been done throughout the continental U.S., as well as Canada, Mexico, Brazil and China.  R&M also has an extensive list of additional former employees available to join our team in the near future.
 
We are positioned to offer field service work on existing Gilman equipment including balancers, blade loaders, automated assembly equipment and welding lines.  We can also retool existing equipment for new production requirements. 
 
In addition, we will custom build new equipment designed to your specifications.  We have recently added 20,000 square feet of high bay assembly space to our facility to accomodate all of your equipment needs.
