R&M is a leading full-service supplier of fabricated components for the heavy equipment, construction, automated assembly, machine tool, agriculture, packaging and wind power markets. While serving these commercial industries, R&M has developed expertise in part, tooling, and fixture design allowing for the highest levels of quality and cost efficiency. Our fully integrated facility and supply chain incorporate all aspects of metal forming, welding, assembly and finishing that results in complex sub-assemblies shipped direct to your assembly line. You can also have confidence that your product will be made to the highest standards of quality by our AWS certified welders. We have welders with certification in both MIG and Stick welding for structural steel.

Our fabrication equipment includes MIG welders with dual wire feeders, Aluminum Welders, Plasma torch, Oxygen/Acetylene torches, and a 50 Ton straightening press. We also have pipe threading and tube bending equipment. Your finished fabrications can be coated/painted, ground, polished, or sandblasted to your specification.

From building simple holding fixtures for machining to complex assembly and test machines we are your manufacturer of choice. R&M has the ability to take your design and build it from scratch, turning customer ideas into reality. Our certified welders have extensive experience working from fabrication drawings and welding instructions. We can fabricate single components to exacting specifications or build a fixture to allow us to mass produce fabrications in lots of 100 or more.

Our modern weld cells are designed with flexibility in mind to handle products of any size and shape. With overhead jib cranes in each weld cell and articulating arm mounted wire feeders, we have a 360 degree working envelope. Our weld cells employ the latest in downdraft fume extraction and filtering resulting in a consistent air flow that improves quality, worker comfort, and cleanliness in the welding department. In addition, by re-circulating the warm shop air during winter months, we are able to contain costs. Our fully equipped quality lab has the right tools to guarantee our parts meet the customers’ expectations when they leave the facility.
