Quality Control:

R&M has the tools in place to provide assurances to our customers that any product we ship them meets their standards and requirements.  Our capabilities for measurement range from dimensional, material hardness, surface finish and electrical conductivity.  Some of our measuring equipment includes:

• (2) Direct drive CMMs
• Rockwell hardness tester
• Optical comparator
• (2) Oscilloscopes
• Bore gages
• Thread plugs/rings
• Numerous hand tools for measurement including calipers, micrometers and height stands

All our gages are calibrated to traceable standards by recognized metrology subcontractors.

The R&M technicians are experienced and continually trained in the latest upgrades to software and equipment.  All of our operators have direct responsibility for quality and are trained to verify their parts in process.
